On November 20, 2003, NAPTA member Donna Gallo won her suit against the Los Lunas New Mexico School District. Acting pro se, Ms. Gallo set a precedent that will help teachers across the country fight for their Constitutional right to speak out about the corruption and ineptness in education. Ms. Gallo will write an account of her battle for our site as soon as she gets a much-deserved rest from the battle. Congratulations!
