General: How to report administrator?

    I saw the principal to something I thought was inappropriate and immediately notified my Chapter Leader and annonomously reported
    the incident via internet to the Chancellor's Office. I had a stroke during Spring Break (which I blame on the principal and the school)
    and know nothing was investigated. Who do we report these things to? If an administrator had seen a teacher do what I saw,the teacher would be suspended! How do we report inappropriate behavior by an administrator?

    I contacted my union rep. and he gave me a "title" to contact. I emailed the "title". I hope to hear something soon.
