OR IN THIS CASE THEY DIDN'T BECAUSE IT WAS THE ADMINISTRATOR! THIS IS HOW DEMENTED OUR SCHOOLS ARE LEFT TO THEIR OWN DEVICES. NAPTA

Charges Gone Wild

I was falsely accused last year of various charges such as lowering a female students grade and, when that did not work for the student, she charged me with sexual harassment of two boys in the rest room. Without due process I was removed from school for a month; charges were filed on me at the local police department and I had to hire my own lawyer because the union lawyer said that it was a no-win case and that my career was over. My lawyer contacted the attorney general and the attorney general's investigator told me that it was evident that the girl lied. When I returned to school, I received no apology from the superintendent but rather was told that the incident is in my file.

Later in the year this girl, a senior, was caught plagiarizing her research paper for an A.P. English class, was not even punished by the administration and, to top it off, was her class' salutatorian. As a side-note, the school's superintendent got a female 8th grade student pregnant and, because he married her, no charges were pressed. Can one think of anything more outrageous!
